Why Kind Milk?

Milk as we all know, automatically comes in a mother's body for the love of her child.

It is a miracle that mother's body automatically produces milk at the right time when her baby needs it.

Mother's milk is extreme manifestation of compassion of a mother for her baby regardless of whether it is a human or an animal.
Unfortunately, the commercial dairy industry does not share this view. The cow, the calf, and the milk produced by her are all considered revenue generating commodities.Cows are treated as milk-producing machines.

  • often confined to a small cramped space
  • separated from their newborns on the first day
  • dehorned and branded (extremely painful), and
  • eventually sent to slaughter houses

Sadly, the average lifespan of a dairy cow in the United States is only 5 years (despite having a life expectancy of 20-25 years) and the newborn male calf gets to see the world for just 1 day !
